Mr. Zola Majavu CD (SA) – Chairperson

Chairman – Mr Zola Majavu is the Sole Proprietor of a law firm practicing under the name of Majavu Inc. He was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in 1995 and lectured final year LLB students at the University of the Witwatersrand Law Clinic until the year 2000 whilst practicing for his own account. His fields of expertise include, amongst others, Labour Law, Matrimonial Law, Criminal Law, Commercial Law, Sports Law, General Litigation and Public Sector related matters. He continues to hold various leadership positions.

Mr Ashley Latchu

Ashley Latchu is an experienced technology and governance leader with extensive board and executive experience across the public and private sectors. He currently serves in senior ICT leadership roles and on several governance and advisory committees across South Africa in sectors including higher education, research, financial services, and state institutions, providing oversight on digital strategy, cybersecurity, ICT governance, and risk management.

Ms Boni Patricia Dibate

Ms Boni Patricia Dibate hold a BA Social Science and a MSC in Clinical Psychology degrees from the Medical University of South Africa. She have obtained a Top Management for Public Enterprises in South Africa certificate at the National University of Singapore, Senior Executive Development Program certificate from Harvard/Wits Business Schools, Airline Management Integration Program certificate from IATA, Aviation Training and Development Institute in Singapore, also a Creative Airline Alliances and Strategic Partnerships certificate from Amman Jordan.

Mr Badisa Matshego

Badisa Matshego is a qualified Civil Engineer and Airport Planner, and an accomplished Corporate Executive, having obtained a B.Sc (Engineering) Civil from the University of KZN (formerly Durban-Westville) in 1999, and a Certificate in Airport Systems: Strategic Planning and Design from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 2000. He have also completed an Advanced Executive Development Programme with WITS Business School (University of Witwatersrand) in 2012.

Ms Mapela Angelina Serote

Ms Serote is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and a highly accomplished governance, compliance, and public sector leadership specialist with over 17 years of distinguished experience across the legal practice and government institutions.

Mr Mogamat Wasfie Ismail

Wasfie is the Founding Executive of iStratijia (Pty) Ltd. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrated Reporting, a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and a Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring

Ms Nokuthula Fihla

Nokuthula Fihla is a highly astute, competent, and experienced Commercial Executive with over 20 years’ experience in the aviation and logistic industries. As a change agent,She have successfully led teams in transforming and optimizing business processes during and beyond business re-engineering initiatives.

Mr Peter Marais

Mr Peter Charles Marais is a Professional Engineer with over 38 years of experience in civil aviation, air navigation services, and executive leadership. He holds a B.Eng (Electronic) from the University of Pretoria and is registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa. He has also completed advanced management and executive development programmes through UNISA’s School for Business Leadership.

Ms Zandile Matilda Kabini

Zandile Kabini is a Chartered Chief Information Officer – CIO (SA) and has extensive experience in ICT and digital transformation. She holds a BCom and BCom Honours in Informatics, a Diploma in Business Analysis, and a Management Development Programme qualification, along with several Corporate Governance certificates from the Institute of Directors South Africa (IODSA).
